By placing an order with MomentAura, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1.  About MomentAura

MomentAura is a premium personalised gifting brand based in Nairobi, Kenya. We sell personalised clothing and accessories including watches, necklaces, wristbands, hoodies, t-shirts, and caps through our online store at momentaura.store.

 

2.  Placing an Order

•       All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by MomentAura

•       You are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details at checkout

•       Once an order enters production, personalisation details cannot be changed

•       Order confirmation will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of purchase

 

3.  Pricing

•       All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes

•       We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

•       Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final

•       Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period

 

4.  Payment

•       We accept M-Pesa and major credit/debit cards.

•       Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order

•       Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed

 

5.  Production and Delivery Timelines

•       Standard production time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation

•       Delivery within Nairobi: 1–2 business days after dispatch

•       Delivery upcountry Kenya: 3–5 business days after dispatch

•       During peak periods (Valentine's Day, graduation season, December), production may take 5–7 business days

We will notify you of any delays. MomentAura is not liable for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

 

6.  Intellectual Property

•       All content on momentaura.store including brand name, logo, design elements, campaign materials, and product photography  is the exclusive intellectual property of MomentAura

•       You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any MomentAura content without written permission

 

7.  Limitation of Liability

MomentAura's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the item purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
