We want your MomentAura order to arrive beautifully and on time. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Production Before Shipping

Every MomentAura product is personalised after you place your order. This means we do not ship pre-made stock — your item is made specifically for you. Standard production time is 1–2 business days before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Zones and Timelines

•       Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Kilimani, Karen, Kasarani, Ruaka: 1–2 business days after dispatch

•       Nairobi suburbs and greater Nairobi area: 1–2 business days after dispatch

•       Upcountry Kenya (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Mumias,Kisii, Homa Bay, Migori, Siaya,Malindi, Kilifi, Lamu, Diani and other towns): 3–5 business days after dispatch

•     Nyeri, Murang’a, Meru, Embu, Nanyuki, Kerugoya: 1-3 days business days after dispatch.

 •    Kiambu, Ruiru, Thika, Kikuyu, Rongai, Ngong, Athi River: 1-2 days business days after dispatch.

•    Machakos, Kitui, Makueni, Wote: 2-3 daays business days after dispatch.

Shipping Fees

•       Nairobi CBD same-day or next-day delivery: Free delivery.

•       Nairobi standard delivery: KES 200

•       Upcountry Kenya: KES 400 – 700 depending on location

•       Orders above KES 10,000: Free delivery within Nairobi

Packaging

All MomentAura products are shipped inside our signature matte black gift box with gold foil branding, enclosed in an outer kraft delivery box with an MA monogram sticker seal. The gift box is part of the experience — it arrives ready to give.

Order Tracking
